I've watched LSU multiple times. Landry and Beckham are very good. Not arguing with you there. But did you read anything that you posted last night?

Who out of FSU's WRs would start over Landry and OBJ?

NONE.

I know what I posted last night.

We would run FSU out of the stadium.

I appreciate the job they've done beating all those ACC teams, but Alabama plays big boy, old man football.

They haven't been hit in the mouth all season.

They are the media darlings this year, just like Notre Dame last year.

But go ahead and anoint them all you want. Assuming we make it to the BSCNCG they will fall just like the last 3 teams we've beaten in that game.

And I'm one of the most objective Bama fans you'll meet. I don't think we are the greatest team to walk the earth, but I do know an overrated team when I see one.

Oregon scares me way more than Florida State.

We would beat them by 14. At least.

LSU will play us closer and the game is in Tuscaloosa.

Neutral site with a month to prepare? Cakewalk.

I'm the opposite. I think we pile drive Oregon. FSU worries me.

Let's just take care of business so we can find out.

Kelvin Benjamin is a beast, he would be LSU's or our go to WR.

I would like to think J. Winston wouldn't be able to throw on us but for some reason we have a problem with judging balls that are thrown deep while we are in great coverage.

Talamaivao quotes:

quote:

Corona (Calif.) Centennial offensive guard and Alabama commit Viane Talamaivao will make his first visit to the Capstone this weekend, despite being committed to the Tide since May. The 6-foot-3, 320-pounder and his parents are especially excited about the atmosphere in Tuscaloosa and experiencing southern football for the first time.

“I am really excited about the visit and my parents are too. I just want to see everything since I have not been there and I don’t know what to expect. I want to see the town and see what the atmosphere is like and get to meet all of the coaches and just continuing to build a relationship for when I get there. I can’t wait," said Talamaivao.

“I am excited to see the facilities and everything, but I just really want to see the atmosphere. Being a west coast guy, you always hear there is nothing like down south football and I just want to see what it is like. That is what I am most excited for.”

He's one of the guys I feel may not end up in the class come NSD, but here's our chance to lock him up.

Kinda odd that he committed sight unseen being from California.

Joining the Alabama commit on the trip will be fellow California stand outs and Alabama targets JuJu Smith, Damien Mama and Tyler Luatua. Talamaivao is happy that he will get to share this experience with them and says the talented group is excited about the trip as well.

quote:

“They are all really excited about the trip. I keep forgetting that they are going to be there too, but it is great that I am going to have this experience with them and we get to hang out down there in Tuscaloosa. We text each other back and fourth and everyone is excited. I talk to Damien about it, but I am not sure where he is leaning towards. I guess we will find out after this weekend.”

We are going to have a ton of studs on campus this Saturday. Too bad we can't take all of them.

Just spoke with 5-star LB Raekwon McMillan following his team's 41-17 win over South Effingham HS. Kirby Smart was by to see him earlier in the day and he said that went well. McMillan will take his OV to UA next week and says he'll be joined by his mom, stepdad and friend/teammate, Richard LeCounte. Hasn't been to a game at UA and looking forward to that. 'Alabama is Alabama'

He returned from the Ohio State OV earlier this week- said he and his family loved it and he spent a lot of time with Urban Meyer. Also talked with Buckeye's commit Jalyn Holmes a good bit. Added that Ohio State is recruiting him the hardest.

Said he's still in the midst of officials, so his top 3 is in flux. There has been talk of him moving his timetable up, but he says he still plans on deciding in December and will take all of his official visits (ones to UA, Florida, and Clemson left).
