The coaches are prepping for the Blake Sims keep the ball on every read option and never complete a pass beyond 5 yards offense by recruiting enough OLs to just stick 10 of them in the game and let him run the ball 60 times per game.

WTF this have to do with MY opinion on TL?

It's a pretty bold opinion to claim somebody would be a wasted spot. There have been plenty of players offered by the staff who weren't recruited purely for their production on the field. If TL signs with Alabama, I'm sure the staff will have good reasons to take him.

I was looking at Florida State's 247 board and did not see him mentioned anywhere. I didn't think we had room for him even while we are trending up with Wallace

If we get Casher then we're out of it for Mama I assume.

Again ,it is my opinion and I stated that in the post.Neither you nor coach Saban have to agree with it.

If we don't get 3 or 4 beast OLs out of this class we really fricked up.

BOL mentioned that the staff is still evaluating OL prospects for this class and advised us not to be shocked to see a bit of a shakeup in that regard.

Also, have to wonder about Viane with Orgeron really targeting the in-state guys to try and endear himself even more to the USC fanbase/administration. This also according to BOL's nuggets today...

What are we recruiting him as? I know he is listed as a center, but I would think we would be done there with Hassenauer.

If we do then it will only be because the staff accepted his commitment. I'm beyond the point of questioning any commitment they are willing to accept.

I remember everyone was bummed out about accepting Sunseri's commitment. He was just a lowly 3 star (if he'd been 3 inches taller he'd have been one of the top 5 LBs of his class). We accepted him not because his dad was a coach at bama, but because the kid can play. I'm sure IF they accept Casher's commitment it will be for that same reason.

Other than Town seems to be a big disconnect between us and the West Coast prospects. Anything to do with the change of assistants?

A man goes and plays Air Force dodgeball and this is the shite he comes back to???

Seriously though, I think if we take his commitment it says more about next year's OL crop as opposed to anyone currently committed or targeted in this year's class.

Next year's OL prospects are very underwhelming at this point.

Now all the national heavy hitters are predicting him to Bama. Guess we are getting a commitment tomorrow.

I'm excited. I guess.

Any chance he can play defensive back? Because that is what we need more of in this class.

This commitment for me is a nominee for the Meh Award. Current nominees include JK Scott, Chris Williams, Montel Mcbride. Winner will be announced on NSD. Please note additional nominations are possible depending on future commitments.

I agree and I think that is why we are seeing staff load up

I actually like Casher fwiw but I like Mama better but that ship might've sailed now that the pretty boy bafoon was fired from U$Cw

I was the one making all the noise about getting Casher months ago.

Don't want him anymore. We have enough "good" lineman. If we aren't getting one of these amazing top class guys I'd rather us use the spot elsewhere.

To be fair the only "wow" guy left on our OL board is Brian Wallace and Casher has no bearing on his recruitment. We're still in great shape for him regardless.
