Wow when did WoolyAl move here. How dare some one be critical of the team! No one on here is acting spoiled. What they are doing is expressing an opinion on a facet of Alabama football. So stop with the holier than thou bullshite!

This.

Creating an environment that is hostile towards objective evaluations of the program that happen to be somewhat critical in nature is the first step on the road to becoming TardFans. No one is saying that Saban should be fricking fired. He wins. He wins a lot. But he would also be the first person to tell you that he needs to work on a lot of things. If you are being honest with yourself though, you have to admit that our special teams have been pretty much terrible for the last several years. So I really don't see how anyone is acting "spoiled" by being irritated that we are using a scholarship on a kicker when the last 3 kickers we gave scholarships to transferred, got cut after one year, and can't even consistently get touchbacks even after they moved him up 5 yards, respectively.

Actually, if he's so good, why do we need a punter at all, much less one on scholarship?

BamaNixon gets it.

Welp. Just found out I'm moving to Boise, Idaho. Gotta be there before October 31st. Pretty stoked.

Sweet. Boise seems cool. Probably full of people who understand the difference between slight critisism and revolt, but that's just a guess

Congrats

I might. I've never been to true mountain before.

I've been to every state east of the MS, Europe, Mexico, and Central America. However, the extent of my Western travels is Texas, Arkansas, and Missouri.

You will love the scenery. Think Southeast Tenn/Western North Carolina with higher, greener mountains and prettier rivers

boise is really nice. just the right size in my opinion, big enough to have most anything you would want, not so big as to be unbearable to get around. the boise fans have gotten a bit upity in the last few years, but oh well. if you like outdoor stuff like skiing, rockclimbing, white water rafting, mountain biking etc.. there is great access to all of that.

Yeah that was me. To be honest with you, I'd much rather go to Boise. Too many complications with going to Japan. I want to go overseas eventually, but not right now. My kids are young and my grandparents are old. I'd prefer to be in the States for the next 3-4 years.

They would have pelted you with potatoes for questioning Petersen.

But I agree, who can't beat fricking Nevada.

I disagree with you, A great punter plus a great D is deadly. A great punter can save you 30-50 yds a game, and sometimes that's the difference.
Assuming he is great.
