Reece has been struggling for sure but I didn't hate him shooting the 3 from the top of the key up 4. That's his shot in the perfect spot.

I don't have an issue with him shooting them either. I just think he'd shoot a much higher percentage if he didn't shoot it so flat.

Nate Oats said Keon Ellis, starting place of Josh Primo, didn’t have a great first half but his “second half was unbelievable.” Oats said Primo got work this morning and will do more later. “We’ll see where it takes him. If he’s not good enough, we won’t play him tomorrow."

I really like that they are letting teams play defense in the tourney. Nice to not force guys to play matador or risk a fouwall (As the announcer keeps saying).

Rojas has to stop dribbling into the lane, the top side help jams him up every time and he loses it.

2 dribbles and a hard jump stop. That needs to be his limit. it's true

Nate Oats said he feels Alabama should have a chance for a No. 1 seed if they win tomorrow. He brought up a stat that most teams who’ve won both a Power 5 regular-season title and tournamenet title have gotten a top seed.

Oats, though, said he hasn’t been thinking about that until it was brought up in his postgame news conference.

That's great news on Primo. Sounds like they definitely think he'll be ready for the tournament. Huge.

Tell you what,I can't tell you how impressed I am with our defense. It's unbelievable. Might have to go back to TR Dunn teams to find some equivalent. They were brilliant yesterday and today.

Nate Oats was asked if he prefers to play Arkansas or LSU tomorrow.

"What do you want, me to make a public statement that I'd rather play one, then they lose and the other one puts it all over their locker room wall? I think I'm just gonna let the chips fall where they may."

Oats is now thinking before speaking.

Yeah, Rojas could mostly just stop dribbling entirely.

how good is Quinerly? the decision making has gotten so much better, feels like there's not near as many turnovers that weren't forced in some way

19 pts, 3 assists, 1 turnover
