This right here is HUGE in a conference tournament, especially with the double bye already. Mississippi State looked real sluggish for most of the game today, and they're not a deep team.

We are now 22-6 - most wins since 2012.

A win tomorrow will match the win total we had in 2012, but in seven fewer games.

Two more wins will match the 24 we had in 2004.

Three more wins will match the 25 we had in 2010.

Five more wins will match the 27 we had in 2001.

Six more wins will match the 28 we had in 1986, which is the most single season wins in program history.

On another note, what happened with Juann Howard?

This cannot be said enough. The job the conference did in both football and hoops has been beyond belief.

My uncle is staying at my house, because he has a could doctors appointments that were during the game. So I recorded the game for him. Looks like I'm gonna end up watching that shite twice in the same day.

Yeah, UT looks a bit more fresh so far than UF does.

Tennessee playing pretty solid ball

Florida just doesn't have enough dudes who can score. Combine that with a blah offensive scheme and their main scorer being a little guy...........not great.

Fla being down only 8 is a minor miracle.

We are locked in.

Honestly, I thought after pre-season we were done. I was thinking of the old SEC that didn't give enough quality wins to get to the Big Dance.

It would be outstanding to get the regular season and tourney titles. I don't care about the 1 seed. We keep playing defense and shooting like this, and we can go a long way from a 2 seed.

If we make our shots we will beat either one of these teams. Tennessee has an elite defense but ours is better.

The SEC needs to kinda step it up here. Outside of Oats, Bruce, Musselman, Wade, and kinda Crean there's a lot of bland, dated offensive schemes in the conference. And I'm kinda hesitant to include Wade and Crean on thst list.

Florida needs to get it together - it’s too late in the day for me to start working for real.

Tennessee is going to run away with this. Good news is Barnes' teams always struggle vs teams who play our pace and space the floor as well as Alabama does.

It's still going to be a hell of a game tomorrow.

I know we are still high from the game we just played, but UT can definitely bring us back down to earth pretty quickly tomorrow if they are playing to their best ability.

Absolutely - if they are making shots they are a very good team.

Fulkerson truly is a great kid. He's from my hometown and he's every bit the guy that they talk about on tv.

Florida is a pathetically coached team. No way they should be this bad. I wonder if Donovan would ever consider going back?
