Absolutely not. But could we bring back Trelly and Mallette? That would solve our guard problem at least depth wise. We'd still need a PG.

I watched a lot of Carolina basketball this year and last. Trimble is in the portal. He would be an amazing fit in an Oats system. Uber athletic and plays excellent defense. Would be an awesome get.

My preference is Christian Anderson from Texas Tech. I know he didn't have a good game against us but I think he will be around two more years and he is really good at playmaker for others while shooting 3s at a high clip

Overall Efficiency Numbers Per Torvik
Looks like he faced 7 top 50 teams last year and was good not great. Of course he’ll have more support at basically every position here

that rating is confusing to me. had to assume it included the usc game even though they didnt finish in the top 50. even with that the bpm shouldve been higher than what it had. i guess the fact torvik puts negatives on older games is what caused the change? either way the game that really hurt him was when they got blown out by utah st. in his defense he was limited by foul trouble and only played 15 minutes. in their other game his bpm was a 7.6. if you include the new mexico games (ranked 51) his bpm's of 11 and 10.7 in those games obviously rises it quite a bit. the best game he had and to me the most encouraging was against san diego st. where he dropped 33 and 9 boards with a bpm of 26. his other game against them he had 16 and 9 with a bpm of 1.4. sdst always has an elite defense and this past seasons was ranked 16th so will ofcourse have to wait and see but that along with his per minute in general in a very good but not quite power conference i do feel pretty confident in his ability to at the very least contribute at a competent level in the sec.

He's in the draft and currently mocked around 18-20 overall. If hes around 2 more years his game must have fallen off a cliff. If he withdraws from the draft no way can we afford him. Trimble is out of eligibility.

If Bristow sticks around and Allen comes back then we should not lack for size 3-5

If there is one player i wont mind seeing leave, its Bristow. Replace that dude with a shooter or somebody with heart.

I thought Bristow did very well against Illinois who had a frontcourt of euro league kics and vics.

That guy fits our system perfectly. Watched him all season and thought the exact same thing.

I don't know if he'll be available unfortunately. But if we were to land him, I think we immediately have second weekend expectations.

Holloway / Samuels / Allen / Jemison / Fielder

We really need another guard because I was thinking about the bench rotation and started thinking about how it is almost nothing but forwards.

Maybe i got the facts wrong. But it seems like he shut himself down, and im shocked he is not in the portal.

It very well could be his family was telling the truth. He would 100% be in the portal by now if the rumors were true.

I’m out of the loop - what happened? Thought he sustained a leg injury and just missed too much time.

Also, how do we have so many players with medical conditions? Are we just more conservative about not playing them?
