I just knew after ESPN made way too big a deal out of last week that we were due to lay an egg. ESPN all week before and after that game treated it like the national championship and overhyped it way too much. It was rat poison 101.

I'm 71, and this is easily the most embarrassing loss. Kudos to Vandy though for whipping our butts. I guess we will see what kind of character this team has going forward.

Deboer is gonna have to make a decision on Womack soon. Looking at our schedule, this defense is gonna get torched several more times. Including next week.

Maybe but we also gave up 13 points on 2 turnovers that should not have happened and we lose by 5. Not sure why we are ignoring that aspect of the game tonight.

No instincts, no toughness. We've lacked it way longer than Wommack's been around. Now, clearly, his system is the worst possible combo for a team that can't actually play, but this should not be shocking to anyone. Shocking that it's Vandy, maybe, but not shocking

This defense is shite, but Wommack isn't going anywhere during the season, and probably not after season 1 either.

You dont lose to fricking vandy as the number 1 team in the country and they never beat a top 5 team. One of the biggest upsets ever. Someone has to be fired.
