The only thing that I find interesting is that there were Hasidic Jews at the ceremony along with evangelicals.
And the comment from the reverend thanking those for the 'donations".

Point being, that Trump is trying to take credit, again, for something he did not do.

What do you want Jim Jordan to do on Save?
The House passed it. Twice.
How many times does it have to be said? They are baiting Republicans to kill the filibuster. Even Jim Jordan knows that is the path to long term ruin of the party. Grit your teeth and endure democrat control for two years while they totally frick up the country. Take it all back in a red wave in 2028 and start actually doing something to fix this country with a sane person at the helm and a unified party at your back. It can be done. Just need to get rid of these fossils in the executive and their enablers/handlers. frick this whole stupid arse administration.

John Thune doesn’t have the power to nuke the filibuster. He does not have the votes to do so. There are not 51 votes to kill it.
I don't know why this is so hard to understand for most people. Neither party will kill the filibuster, because they know what that means when the opposing party has power. It is not worth the short term gain.
Analogous to the USA and Russia having nuclear arsenals. Mutually assured destruction. Neither party is going to push the button.

Otherwise, they win and will eventually make (and use) a nuke.
They are never going to use a nuke. They know that will ensure their destruction. They want it for the same reason that the North Koreans have it. As a deterrent so people stop fricking with them and they can continue their holy jihad against the West.
I don't see us bombing the Koreans back to the stone age to punish them for having nukes.
I can get behind this, but these bumbling clowns will just frick that up too.

The juice ain't worth the squeeze. Whatever is gained will be lost from rural conservatives not sending mail-in ballots.

Why not?
Because he knows that the only way to get this passed is to eliminate the filibuster. That will have disastrous long term consequences for conservatives.

For frick's sake man. Just take the L on this one. Trump made an insensitive and stupid tweet that 95% of his most ardent followers found offensive. So much so, that he took it down. That is as close to an admission of a mistake that you will ever get from him.
It was a frick up. Own it and move on.

Bravo sir. Need a lot more of this and a lot less of the extremes on the right and the left. Have an up vote.
That is one funny arse movie though. If you have never watched it, download it. Hilarious.

It's incredible that what would be the playground of the world has been shuttered and segregated so long. They can have everything a vacationer would ever want. Beaches, jungle, eco-tourism, fishing, diving, mountains, exclusive resorts, cheap bungalows, biking, hiking, yacht cruising, Sailboat rentals, the best of the best imported hookers, etc. You name it. Only a short flight from most all USA airports.
Boggles the mind actually as to the potential of it all. I was in a group considering an investment running high speed ferries from Key West 20 years ago. Obviously it did not go through, sad to say. Unholy fortunes to be made there.

You are missing a lot apparently. We would have to commit dozens of ships with several getting damaged or destroyed. How do you not understand that?!
Trump has not been shy about telling shipping to man up and get some guts and cross the strait. Navy needs to follow orders and force the strait.

Its not that we can't. We aren't willing to force the strait and provoke Iran to start lobbing missiles at everything that floats.
