Tennessee does what USF does with more efficiency and better players. I mean I honestly didn't think we'd go undefeated this season but I sure as hell didn't think it'd be Vanderbilt occupying our "wiggle room"

Do not need the offense to be perfect but don’t the same standard to limit mistakes need to apply to both sides of the ball?

Not really, it was 23-21 with 12 minutes left in the 3rd quarter and they kicked our buts the rest of the way. The fumble, probably cost us the most, we were driving for the lead. But they got more yards and we had 2 turnovers.
I was talking about these three down linemen sets last week, against these teams (and UGA) imho, you need to put in the big boys to stop the run and blitz on occasion with run gap blitzes that can turn into sacks if they throw the ball, we were sitting back on our heels all day long.

I don't think this new gap scheme we are running is working .Our LB's are either overrunning the play or getting blocked. We don't seem to have any plain old mean dudes on the DL. Can they be coached up...we'll see...

I think this team is going to be inconsistent all year. They probably win some big games and lose some that they shouldn’t. Defense is pretty terrible and the offense isn’t built to milk the clock and hold on to leads.

They just kicked out butt that’s all you can say would love to see more adjustments from the defense but that hasn’t happened in two weeks offense did enough to win but two turnovers killed us as well all around a bad performance

They're like 1 play away from being 2-0 too. It is a game of inches and funny bounces...that's why you have to be prepared for every play and this team just wasn't today.
