It is Rees fault for not being able to help out an average QB. I don't understand why you can't understand that. Milton isn't much better, but his OC is walking the field. Rees sucks...

There wasn’t a pocket to step into. He took a three step drop on a Hail Mary. The play design is inconceivable.
