For one he has to stop his buddy system and bring in real coaches. Wommack has gotten by but this weak 3/3-5 is not a winning recipe. If you’re going to run it you need to be able to have exotic blitzes.

So promote Womack because the coaches everyone will want have been extended or took new jobs. DeBoer is not getting fired after making sec CG and playoffs.
