Defense is clearly good. It was still true that we are a decently serviceable QB from a championship team, assuming the OL learns to block run plays a bit better in the first half.
Deep shots will always be there the way defenses are playing Milroe. They were there against Texas too. 1 - 2 play action bombs won’t make up for throwing the ball to the other team against good teams. But we may not play another truly good team for some time.

Texas ran a pass heavy gameplan with deep throws and a large amount of sideline to sideline action. Most of the defense was going to be gassed when we were going three and out or turning it over
