At this point I believe DeBoer was so scared the entire team was going to transfer out that he signed a binding contract with Milroe...NIL plus starting guarantee.

Exactly DeBoer’s mentality, and why we look like a disaster.
Saban demanded excellence from the janitorial staff, and if there was a mistake anywhere in his program, it was his responsibility for it being there in the first place (and to fix it quickly). I’ve never seen so many coaches/staff do a poor job with so little accountability.
