The ceiling for DeBoer is 4 loses each year. He has got to go. It’s not going to get better under him.

DeBoer already has more losses to Tennessee in three years than Saban has in his entire tenure at Alabama.

This staff does not adjust. The closest thing to a major adjustment anyone working for DeBoer here has made is Sheridan realizing that Milroe really is a RB who can throw some and spamming QB keepers with lead blockers as our run game. Otherwise once the weaknesses start getting exposed we get worse and worse as the year goes on because there's never a counterpunch to it. We never change things up or try to exploit weaknesses. We just have an offense and a defense that we're going to run the same way no matter what.
