The only thing that matters is Grant and Reid’s health. Let’s hope we’re not the two seed in Florida’s region.

Nah, don't let this game skew your perceptions. We are still an elite team that plays well consistently. We should make the elite 8.

We've only lost 4 more games than them and we played a much tougher ooc schedule, but unfortunately two of those losses were to them.

That team beat the snot out of Auburn and many other teams. They shot 80% in the 2nd half. And no they weren't wide open. They banked stuff off the backboard, they shot long turn around jumpers. Balls bounced around the rim and fell. They hit 50% of their threes on the game.

I don’t care what they did, I care about what we didn’t do

Take a breath, Have a look around college basketball. Auburn has lost 3 of 4, Tennessee ended the year losing to Ole Miss. Houston lost to Alabama and Auburn then picked on a weak conference. Duke has played one difficult opponent since the Auburn game and lost. Alabama beats pretty much everyone not in the top 5 on a neutral court and has proven that.

We should make the S16 because we consistently beat teams outside the top 10. And from there I feel good (as in 50/50) about anyone out there but Florida.

Don't bother arguing with this dude. He called this 'Bama team "a bunch of losers" after their loss to Ole Miss, I think. Anyone that says that about the program they supposedly support is either a moron, troll, or just a shitty fan/person in general.

Some of you have a short memory. Last year many picked college of Charleston to upset us in the first round due to how shitty we played the last quarter of the regular season. It's a new season next week, and we are a 2 seed.

I think we have a good shot. As any to get back where we got last year. hopefully we don’t get matched up with a tough physical team. I’m honestly surprised we beat Houston early in the season.

I just hope we don’t get cranked in the first weekend. After that, I’m all gravy on what happens.

Tough physical teams don’t in general give us that much trouble. We just don’t match up with Florida

There are teams like Tennessee and Houston who can guard and take Florida out of their comfort zone. We need to pray someone like that knocks them off and that we don’t get stuck in Florida’s region (or even their half of the bracket).

I think UT and Houston are very similar. Personally i feel like Nate snatched defeat from the jaws of victory in a huge road game at UT and he admitted to it. I also think if we win that day coupled with the Auburn road win, a lot of people feel a lot differently about this team.

I don't know, but their offensive rebounding ability kept it close in the first half and the wheels fell off in the second. It's crazy how the ball bounces right to them on the offensive glass every time they play us.

We need to quit comparing this team to last year's in the assumption that we'll again make a Final Four.

We were very fortunate to make the Final Four last year, for we played a 13, 12 , 1 , and a 6 seed to make it to the Final Four.
We are liable to be playing a 15 then a 7 just to make it to the sweet 16.

They’re good at rebounding. They’re better at positioning themselves and make quicker reaction on the ball than our guys.
