Sounds like Aaron Feld. He was awesome when we had him as assistant S&C.

Killer moustache too.

ETA: Why’d you change your post? Now I look like an idiot

I think that the usual suspects will shine: Smith, Waddle, Najee, guys on the Oline.

Questions/things I'll be looking for:

Is Mac Jones going to take the bull by the horns, and be the "good Mac" that we saw a lot of last season?

Is Trey Sanders who we think he is?

As someone mentioned, which of our young wideouts are going to step up? Even if only one guy steps up, and can become a legit playmaker, then that will make our offense all the more potent.

Will guys like Christian Harris, Shane Lee, DJ Dale, Mathis, etc be noticeably more developed? I look for them to make some leaps.

Which of our young DBs will step up for us?

and finally, is Bryce Young going to come out of the gates firing lasers? and which of our other early enrollees are going to turn heads? That is always one of the most exciting things to watch in this game.

I honestly hope that Trey Sanders and Moses take it easy during spring training. Get them ready for the season. Same for McMillan and LaBryan Ray. Spring is important for the young guys including early enrollees to get experience. Defense has to get better obviously and I think that it will by default. Offense is obvious: QB and wide receiver. Very interested to see Bryce Young. Need a guy like Xavier Williams and Shavers to step up. I think a guy like Traeshon Holden could make an impact. Will be good if the kicker from Hoover locks down the place kicking duties.

Personally, I think Drew Sanders and McClellan will both make an impact on the team immediately. Both are big time players.

This is a good one.

Also, I am interested to see if Taulia will make any kind of significant push.

I think Shavers will show out in A Day this year only to be rarely used during the season

A 2nd team offensive player will light it up, win MVP and get the fans clamoring for them to start. Whether that’s Sanders, Young, Taulia, etc. IDK but it’ll happen. Fans will only look at stats. They can’t tell the difference between going against an All SEC player and Walk On’s.

That’s not a Bama thing, that’s everywhere. LSU fans just KNEW Richard Murphy was going to be an All American every Spring game.

I think Saban will cleverly put Bryce Young as “3rd/4th string” so that he can play with the first team offense, and my bet is that he does better than Mac Jones

I can’t wait for Bryce Young to take the starting QB spot.
