So are they saying that under Biden, our pilots would not fly the hours needed to maintain their various certifications? These fly overs accomplish two things, gets the pilots and crew the hours needed to remain up to date on their flight times, take offs, landing, etc., and at the same time it is a valuable PR move. I personally know quite a few kids I went to school with who saw those fly overs and decided to become pilots.
