Former NFL QB turned ESPN analyst, Dan Orlovsky, shared a bit too much information this week. No, not on the Aaron Rodgers situation, but rather on his shower habits...
Thoughts? Comments? Disagreements?

If you don't keep your immune system tuned up, giving it something to fight (germs/bacteria), how's it gonna be prepared for when you really need it?

Need a lil dirt in your diet.

That is what a dive bar and loose women are for. 30 dry offs is a bit odd. 2 max for me.

no more than twice, and sometimes just once - nothing like drying your face tomorrow with what just dryed your arse today. Or feet, then face - just nasty.

Also he is 6'7" so that's like half a towel more so 30 is more like 40.

Now I am an avid towel reuser. You're just wiping off clean water. But damn, 30 times? There's no way you're getting proper drying in there. That thing has to smell the arse after the first week. Just damp mildew towel.

That is how you get a ringworm.

Once baw. Even when you're drying off a clean body so many dead skin cells and all kinds of oils and nonsense gets on that towels. Clean dat.

For me, 3 times maybe 4 times tops. Even the second time must pass the smell test.

I'll go a weekish with however many showers I need to take but one thing I cannot stand is using a towel that is still wet or damp from its previous use.

I use a towel once and then its in the dirty clothes. A fresh towel just feels better than a used one

I'll use a towel twice before I move to another. There's no way after two weeks that towel doesn't start to smell.

I wash them when I notice they need to be washed I guess. Maybe 7 uses if I’m ballparking a number. I have like 10 towels in a closet so I never really think about it, just grab another if needed.

I mean if you do a good job cleaning yourself in the shower, one would assume you come out clean... and if your only drying a clean body with that towel...

Yeah, not like a damp towel could develop any type of microbial life on it.

No matter how well you clean yourself, you still rub off dead skin material (not to mention anything from your 7 openings) when you dry off and a damp towel is about as good of a place to grow germs as you are going to find.

I wish my kids would do this, they go through multiple towels in a day. Always a pile.

make them do their own laundry. My mom had a schedule for laundry and if I needed something washed between scheduled wash times then I had to wash it. That's how I learned to do laundry.
