Good the price of tickets as well as the other costs involved in going to a game make it difficult for the average fan to attend these games. IF (very big if) ticket prices for the championship games and playoff games start to go down then regular season ticket prices will go down too. That is a positive thing for everyone.

Yes... this is not newsworthy. UT/Clem and SMU/PSU are both starting below $90. I understand they both have larger stadiums, but with the fanbase sizes of Texas and Clemson, I'd expect it be under IU/ND, but not $300 under.
