Lincoln Riley Lands Prized Recruit Raleek Brown 4 Days After USC Hiring
© Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports
Lincoln Riley wasted no time landing a commitment from the best H.S. running back in the country, Raleek Brown, only four days after accepting the head coaching job at USC...
quote:

Raleek Brown -- a five-star recruit and the No. 1-ranked H.S. tailback in the nation, according to Rivals.com -- was originally committed to Oklahoma ... but after Riley left the Sooners for the Trojans, Brown announced Thursday he was following suit.

5’7 170 looks more like 5’5 150 and the first time he gets into a play off game against Bama, UGA etc he’s gonna get lit the frick up.

No knocking Riley for poaching the kid from the school he just left?

Brown was committed to Riley at OU and is from Los Angeles. Not a huge stretch to think he’d flip his commitment and follow the coach he committed to now that he took a job in the kid’s hometown.

very small back, if he wants to really compete he needs to bulk up, the real question is can he keep his athleticism with extra size

They are going to own the PAC. Cali has enough defensive talent to at least make it serviceable and the offense will be crazy.

He will have to recruit offensive lineman nationally. California is weak in offensive lineman.
