i enjoy watching every one of these guys. this is basically an all-star roster vote. people hate those who are talented and who succeed. it's true in every sport and every industry. i bet if you polled businessmen on most hated companies, it would be headlined by facebook, google, amazon, walmart, etc ... people hate others' success.
