We didnt this do this act in the 90s early 2000s. You hit a bomb gently toss the bat outside of the batter box and run around the bases with your head down like a man!

This is an entire generation that watched championship celebrations, but don't want to be left out in case they aren't good enough to win. So let's celebrate every little thing just in case.

If that's the opponents' star/stud and I am the catcher, I lean into the falling bat toss for an ejection - helmet/padding ready...

If I were the opposing coach, I would have run out of pitchers the next time he came up to bat. There aren't enough balls to the head that make up for that dumb arse display. If I was this players coach, he wouldn't see the field for another three days.

Please tell me, who likes all the antics after each play? From my perspective if I am an opposing player, I will be far more determined to not let that happen again...

Bat flips are classless and a sign of deep-seated insecurity.

I don’t think he tossed the bat all that high. Baw is roughly 4ft tall so his height coupled with an average bat flip merely created an optical illusion.
