Benching 425 before you are in college is crazy.

He's not a top 50 recruit in the country on On3 without reason for it.

Ha, I bet you. 205. Lol, I'm being sarcastic. When I was 19, I was maxing at like 190 or so. I got on TD to ask about form. 90% of the comments were about how pathetic I was that I couldn't do 225. Maybe 5% of OT can bench 225 lol.

It's cool, ignore the fools of the World. I was in USMC and I had zero strength but I never dropped out of hump (long walks as they would say), never dropped out of a run and could shoot well. Plus, I could fight like a pit bull.
I had heart ...it got me through.

I mean, ok...it is a shite ton of weight. I hope our S&C staff preach better technique than this.

His grip is narrow. He is stronger than that. Hope he has great footwork and can start.

Less than 5% of the people in the world BP more than 1.5X their body weight. The dude is mega strong!

Before reading the comments- going to set the over under on 6-1/2 comments from some fat out of shape plant baws, who couldn't bench 165, criticizing his form

When I saw the width of that grip, I knew this kid was stronger than 425.

While strong, I don’t find it too impressive at his weight.

As someone who has benched 225 21 times in a row, I can say that I would be more impressed if he didn't bounce it off his chest but still that man strong AF

Or better yet, guys who spend all day in the gym but look stiff as a board and would fall on their faces if they tried to do anything athletic. LSU football players aren’t working out or doing powerlifting, they’re trying to be athletic and explosive and the gym bros don’t understand that
