Out of line? FFS....he asked what EVERYONE wants to know, which is his job

Yep out of line, we won and first question is bull crap. Defense was bad last year, no first question about defense last year.

This offense, Joe Sloan, and Brian Kelly should be accountable. It is loaded with veterans and highly paid players. That he is so defensive is very telling.

Did Kelly's team WIN?

What a fricking douche. The reporters should definitely ask about the anemic offense.

Brian, your offense is sucking. We see the losses coming if you can’t fix it. Get to work.

No, this offense has been anemic all season. It’s not out of line to ask about the run game issues. We have have 3-4 big runs in three games that have totally skewed our rushing average to look better than it is. Bottom line, this offense stinks so far. He just made it much harder on himself the rest of the season, because lemme tell you: A&M, Oklahoma, and Alabama are going to feast on this offense.

Florida has an excellent defense. To say that the reason that LSU was unsuccessful on offense is due to ineffective play calling is stupid. Lack of execution by the offensive line is why we have a problem running the ball. When blocking improves, the run game will improve. When the run game improves it will be easier to complete passes. SIMPLE!!. Given time the offensive line will get better. But....if we're not better by Alabama and Oklahoma on offense, we will probably lose both games.

Go check out USF stats versus UF defense.

you probably think La Tech should be in the SEC with their defense, don't you?

I dont but LA Tech’s defense was fast and played a good scheme. So did Florida

Wow. He’s basically saying the standard is that low? He is not doing himself any favors with that attitude. His offense is awful. It’s getting worse. He has lots of talented. Experienced players on that side of the ball. There are a lot of questions to be answered. We as fans deserve to get rational mature professional answers. The poor play is on the coaches and his $100million arse 100%!. If there is not significant improvement we will lose several games. He needs to be held accountable now. It’s a very legitimate question and he needs to answer it without being defensive. His attitude tells us that a nerve was struck and he can’t defend it/ answer it without blowing up and attacking the reporter to deflect.

I hope every sports media person goes in raw this week with questions regarding the offense. But they won't because our sports media sucks.

I like the question and the response. This is LSU and SEC football. No soft toss questions.

Reporter was correct there is something wrong about offense. Weak OL and QB that is slow of feet and slow of brain because it takes him too long to read defenses.. I am sorry to say this.

Coach knows it’s coming, just wasn’t prepared to answer it. He should watch some Bellichick interviews and copy and paste.

All this griping and complaining. WE WON THE GAME. They'll get better. They're young men who for the most part have only been working together for less than a year. It's a "team game" which means you have to learn to work as a "team." ...which is especially true for the offensive line

This is why it’s so hard to RESPECT CBK even when he’s winning. I don’t understand why he’s always so insecurez

Wow, this offense was gifted 5 interceptions and ONLY SCORED 20 POINTS against a team South Florida, who just got clobbered by Miami, smoked in the SWAMP!!

CBK, you are better than that!!

There are some plays that they execute very well. But there are some other plays that the execute is piss poor, there’s no consistency in the linemen when it comes to running the ball.

I understand where he’s coming from in order to protect his players

Dang, BK sounds like a 3 or old whose pacifier was taken away, give him a bottle of warm milk and put him to bed. I agree the BK experiment is way over. If he can't answer a legit question then he is not cut out to coach any level higher than high school. Hate to tell ya coach its not one game, its been 3 games and the offensive hasn't shown a lick of improvement
