My dad still has his '92 with about 300k now.
Just look up Randy Weaver. It wasn't an FBI agent as the other poster said, but Weaver sold a couple sawed-off shotguns to an ATF informant.

Gen X here and it's comical how many whiney bitch threads are started by whiney bitches about "boomers" being the cause of all their troubles.
VOO is a MT favorite. VGT has obviously done very well for a while now. I have some too. But VOO is a little more conservative if you want to also have that in your portfolio.

Been in VTSAX for years. Any reason for me to switch over to VOO now?
Switch your funds in VTSAX to VOO or new money to VOO? I wouldn't necesarily switch, but going VOO for new money is always a good option. They're really similar at about 80%, just VTSAX tracks total SM. Last 5 years you missed roughly 2% annual. Over 10 years it's only .5% annually. Obviously that all adds up.
VOO super bigly. VTSAX pretty heavy too, but not close to VOO.

At this point, it look like we were just throwing down Tom Hanks movies
I was a fan of Nothing in Common though, I know not everyone likes that one.

The character I changed my mind about during the rewatch is Pete Campbell.
I changed my mind about him the first watch around the time of, "not great, Bob!"
But yeah, I really couldn't stand him. Then on rewatch I liked him even earlier. He was a little turd, but he was a great character who grew on you quick. Second watch really made me realize how much of a PoS Don was and how much i overlooked because who honestly wouldn't want to have Don's life in those days ar least for a minute. The finale was a great arc though. You root for him the first time. It's like The Sopranos, you want Tony to win. After a while, he's too much of an a-hole to root for.
Mad Men is such a great show. I may have to do a rewatch soon. Did Sopranos not that long ago.

I have B&G carry-on that's by far my favorite luggage I've ever owned and I've been traveling 35+ years. It's about 5 years old now and is absolutely perfect. My TP PE is a large checked luggage soft. I have had the spinner wheel replaced for free and quickly, but it broke again while I'm in Europe for a couple years so I'm pretty pissed about it right now. There's no help as it's a USA warranty and nobody out here has these types of parts.

Everything else I agree with. It's the only reason she made sure to announce the nonsense with the eggs is to resonate with other women. Look, she's just like you!

My charger is a bit older and is 32A so it charges about 30 miles/hr. I've never used 120v but I think I read it's about 5 miles/hr?

Charging time would be interesting to know. And I m talking plugged in at 120v normal outlet. LIke he said for a vacation or something
It's really slow 120v. If you're going to get an electric car you have to get a 240v outlet. If I run my car down to a low % it can take 6+ hours to charge. I charge my car to 80% and still have about 225 miles with 8 years of driving the car. I have solar on my roof and a ChargePoint home station. It's great and I pay about $6/month to my utility. But even without solar you save money over buying gas.

Ive owned a Tesla since 2019. Only complaint is burning through tires. They are incredible cars. Excellent commuter vehicles
I got my M3 in 2018 and in 21 I had to replace the tires. Filed a warranty with Michelin and they covered 60% of my next set of Michelin. Went to Costco and got a better set and make sure to do tire rotations every 6 months/6k miles. Still doing ok, but probably need to change these in the next rotation. The free rotations from Costco make it easy. Still though, I've barely spent money on this car since buying it 8 years ago.

The Sopranos which started the new golden age
The Wire
Breaking Bad

The Simpsons - 808 episodes, 296 hours of viewing
Damn. I used to love The Simpsons. Saw every episode multiple times for the first 8 years or so. But another 22 years?
Seinfeld would have to be my answer. I've watched every episode at least 2-3 times and more for some eps.
