I was hoping to sale my home to have an upgraded one with more square feet another room and a shorter commute for work.
I bought my current home new in 2022(1300 square feet, massive garage, and all tile), had to upbid to purchase. I have a 4.25% rate on a VA loan. I got plenty of views but no sale.
Hindsight looking in, I’m glad I didn’t because I’d be paying 1000 more per month easily if I got what I wanted. I’ll take my 1200 mortgage any day of the week and build more equity
