Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin addressed reporters at his weekly press conference on Monday and chose not to answer any questions about his job speculation.

Instead, Kiffin kept the focus on the Rebels' rivalry game with Mississippi State in the Egg Bowl.

Clowns in media want to control coaching search.

Dunno why he's doing this to himself. Just say "I haven't made up my mind, however, I started this season with Ole Miss and we're gonna ride or die together. When the Ole Miss season ends, I'll make my decision!".
I don't see how this is hard and I don't see either side being mad at that response.

Lane oddly has picked up many of Saban’s mannerisms and hand gestures, and he even is starting to sound like him when he speaks.

Lane apparently has a say in scheduling, and getting 8 home games. If he brought that mentality to LSU, that would be a great improvment. Verge will have to take a step back as he has done a horrible job with scheduling.

Wow, how shite change, I can remember people on this site calling Lane Kiffin a buffoon, a clown, an idiot. Now he's hotter than fish grease in the HC search and he's #1 on everybody's wish list. I still think whoever hire John Sumrall will knock it out the park.

Sumrall will do well, and he seems to be less of a headache.

I really didn't glean anything from that. It didn't seem like he was leaving just off of the answers.

Good. I wouldn't do that to my team either. Yes, he's probably leaving but they still have a lot to play for and he's being a good coach by not talking about it.

That said, if they lose the Egg Bowl, he'll be gone within 48 hours.

If the win, he’s gone in 48 hours lol

I would love to see LK to LSU, but LSU better have a backup plan in their hip pocket just in case he stays or goes to FL. Early signing period is in December.
