We had to play freshmen, well LSU had freshmen all over the field....except our freshmen performed. That game wasn't important, well let's see what the rankings say about that.

Getting 18 more passing yards while having 72 fewer yards rushing seems like a weak moral victory, but if it's the only positive stat you have, I can see why you'd lean on it. When you're choking on your pride, you gotta reach for whatever you can... I agree with him, though, that their SEC East games are far more important-- With UGA's loss, they could still easily get to the SEC Championship and have a shot at the playoff. LSU has tougher games in front of them (Auburn, Alabama, A&M). Injuries, though. I wonder what it's like to have to win games against ranked opponents with a bunch of injuries. I hope LSU never has to figure that out. Oh, wait...
