Some Holy Cross and Brother Martin wrestlers, who left St Paul’s, started that shite..
I started driving back in 1979, there were many less drivers on the streets, and none of them were more worried about what's on their phones than driving.

I really don't blame them...

Drivers today suck....

The only reason the NFL is trying to appeal to Latin viewers is because the NFL loves to pander to the left's narrative.

Fixed...
That woman referee wanted nothing to do with it… :rotflmao:

Funny thing is, there's some dude out that would stick his dick in just that...
That "guy" sucks as a wrestler, couldn't even run a half properly...

If he was smart, he should've run the half right and put his nuts in her face...

In the 1960s, Falstaff was the third-largest brewer in America

It was the #1 beer in the Southeast region of the US...

It's a shame, the guy who bought out Falstaff, basically destroyed it as a business...

Side Note: did you know those letters on the Falstaff sign were 10 feet tall?

They also have a statue of King Gambrinus above the main entrance..

I was just in Shreveport for the state wrestling tournament, could've been me...

Side note: is that even the same person?

Looks like a 20 year difference in the two...

Did your grandfather do anything with Falstaff Beer? I see he has one in his hand. Dean was a Falstaff spokesman back in the day. My grandfather and dad had a Falstaff distributorship, they had many pics with Dean as well,,,

Sweet Thanks. Some of our wrestling friends from Mobile told us about it.

It’s held in a multi purpose facility with little seating, highly recommended bringing chairs.

They do have some of the best concessions and event t-shirts. They also have custom medals, not the rinky dink regular bs medals, and the first place winners get a champion singlet…
Top ten total numbers….

HC taking first in D1, STM in D2 and Basil’s taking D3..

Give me a break! Cry me a river with this SLA is too good to drive north. For once South La has to make a drive to compete in a state title. I have to drive to SLA 3 times a year min. Because SLA has a monopoly on football, baseball/softball, and track. Heaven forbid these sports are not played in NOLA, BR, or Lake Charles. But, I forgot, we aren’t “Louisiana” to y’all.

Bit dramatic huh?

I’m pretty sure most kids would rather play their state championship game in the Dome as apposed to Independence stadium…

Beside’s N DeSoto, I only saw a hand full of kids from Byrd and Evangel HS… Hell, WM dioesnt even have a wrestling team.

Anyway, The Brooshire Arena sucks, there’s no free Wi-Fi and the cellular reception is terrible, and don’t get me started on the food prices. My daughter got chicken tenders, fries and a drink, it was $33. A 20oz drink was $9
It does have free parking, I’ll give them that.

Do they still have the Bayou Classic tournament?

Battle of the Bayou?

Yes, it’s put on by Delta Wrestling club, Belle Chase HS, in Plaquemines Parish. Next to Club State, it’s one of the bigger, better run tournaments.

It’s Saturday March 21st…

There quite a few Alabama wrestlers there…

Is anyone from TD at the tournament? Want to see what happened in the 215 D1 final. Looked like Edmonston got DQ'd in the 3rd but the Flo Wrestling camera sucks and I couldn't tell what exactly happened.

Kid from Live Oak head butted the St Paul’s kid and concussed him and he couldn’t return. Funny part was, LiveOak kid was winning, the look on his face when he realized he lost said a lot.
Jesuit only had 1 first seed, their heavy weight.
