Former LSU and current Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette was deactivated for Sunday's game against Cincinnati after he violated a team rule, the team announced. Per ESPN:
quote:

"Leonard Fournette is not playing in today's game due to an infraction of a team rule," coach Doug Marrone said in a statement. "This has been addressed internally and further details will not be made public."

Among the reasons Fournette was deactivated for Sunday's game was that he missed the Jaguars' team photo on Oct. 24.

It's a one-game suspension, sources tell ESPN. Fournette will be back next week.

If he said he was out protesting police brutality, would they still sanction him???

That might have been a good way for him to excuse it LOL! Seriously though he had to of done more than just miss one team pic or he would have played. Likely had missed multiple team activities.

GoneFishing21 the point here is perspective vs perception. If you have not walked in anyone’s shoes, how can you say that their plea to the public is “wrong”? We don’t live in a fairytale people, life is not fair across the board. Just because you’re blessed to leave a bad situation because of athletics does not mean that you should forget where you came from. He’s already done things to lift up the less fortunate, since joining the NFL. Which is what we all should be doing....

Is it hard to not break rules?

Ain’t nobody getting suspended for missing a team photo. And if that was the case they would say it publically. There’d be no reason not to disclose it.

With his new found millions, if I were him, this offseason I would get that lateral strabismus corrected.

Such crybabies, we don’t all live the same life or grow up the same way. Get over yourselves.

Magazine St your post seems to be in response to something else. Everyone not living the same life is totally irrelevant to this. You are right though. We don’t all grow up and get to play a game and get paid millions of dollars for it. You’re right American freedom and opportunity sucks
