LSU Flips Four-Star CB Kade Phillips From Texas

LSU’s 2025 recruiting class received a major boost on Sunday, with four-star cornerback Kade Phillips flipping his commitment from Texas to the Tigers.

The 6-1, 180-pound prospect from Missouri City, Texas, is rated one of the top 10 cornerbacks in the country.

Phillips' commitment, along with elite five-star corner DJ Pickett, gives defensive back coach Corey Raymond two Top-10 cornerbacks for the class of 2025.

Phillips is LSU's 24th commitment in the class.

Someone on the recruiting page attached a tweet talking about the size on the 4 DBs in the 2025 class. 2 are 6’1 - 1 is 6’3 and 1 is 6’4.

Imagine landing fFrench &/or JWilliams (5*’s) & rounding out with Anding & Mathis. Not to mention a lot of ppl seem to still believe that Antoine ends up with the good guys. Hell if they dont add ANYBODY else this Class will still be a Top 3 LSU Class All-Time.
