Michigan State transfer guard Divine Ugochukwu has committed to LSU, according to multiple reports.
The Sugar Land, Texas native appeared in 21 games with 12 starts and averaged 5.1 points, 1.5 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game this past season as a sophomore.
The Spartans went 11-1 in games when Ugochukwu started, including the Dec. 13 win over Penn State when the 6-3 guard scored 23 points.
Ugochukwu suffered a season-ending foot injury at Minnesota on Feb. 4, resulting in surgery the following week. His former coach, Tom Izzo, was hopeful that he'd be healthy by spring, which works out perfectly for Will Wade and the Tigers.
Ugochukwu began his career at Miami.
