People forget a shite load of these kids never play pro and these bowl games are fun for them and their families.

I'm not going to watch all of them, but I have no problem keeping them around just to have SOME semblance to the game of college football I remember as a kid.
Idk who will be our QB week 1 next year.

But I am supremely confident it won't be MVB.
It's actually wild this guy spent 4 years here, got $100MM and we are just as far away from being where we want to be as when he showed up.

This was the absolute ultimate con job.

Just wild.

Bauer Sharp is such trash

Even on special teams he finds ways to frick up.

Let it go out of bounce!!!

Quit crashing out like a beta cuck pussy. All of the needs will be addressed in the portal.

I'm not freaking out yet but acting like assembling an entire team in the portal is "just what you do nowadays" is fricking stupid.

You plug holes in the portal. Not build an entire fricking roster.

Its gonna be 72 and clear at kickoff.

72 in Houston can feel like 90 dawg. There's a reason all the stadiums are retractable.

I take it you don't spend a lot of time in Houston. You'll want that shite closed pretty quickly.

He is going back home to play golf and watch his kids grow up

Which is his right and makes sense. Totally understand a guy like that not enjoying the way cfb is today.

But c'mon man, you can't help coach the bowl game for your alma mater?
Man even when they win a title people wanna get the frick out of college station.

What a miserably gay place
This dude looks EXACTLY like Andre Johnson

Good luck to the young man. Not going to give him shite considering he was willing to play every position along the line and step up when asked.

I respect every kid that continued to try and get better here while watching that drunk little irish frick scream in their face while doing nothing to help make them better.

Good Luck, Ches.

Something fishy going on in Austin. They obviously have the money to pay to keep who they want. This seems like a pretty big red flag.

Not to shift the convo away from RBs but I'd got a feeling Colin Simmons might be in play for us.

He was close to committing out of high school. Now, with BK gone, Baker / Peoples doing an elite job with guys in that position, and Texas getting a new DC coming in, he might want to make a move.

He graded out about the same as any of our freshmen linemen who played this year; hard pass

It's tough to know these kid's potential when the coaching around them is so God awful.

This might be dumbest shite I've ever seen on here.

And that's saying something.

Seems like a nice standup guy, just not great at coaching .

Seriously. I'm glad he's not coaching for us anymore but the fact that he could still bring in top recruits while developing absolutely nobody shows he was easy to like.
Saturday might be ugly but I want to see any and every guy that hasn't gotten snaps out there and I'm excited for it.

Who gives a frick what the final score is? Let's see what some of these young guys can do.

I suggest perusing the Coaching Changes Board.

I mean it's a fair question.

I also thought at one point that it was talked about like it was a done deal. I even thought it was official for a few days.

Guy clearly likes college station or Elko to go back.

He's a damn good recruiter but whatever, I'm really happy with Lucas.
