As a long time public school teacher, I can assure you, many more are on the way!

It's too late for me to lay everything out tonight, but I could write a fkn manifesto on the multitude of nonsense that occurs on a daily basis - and that's not even getting into the fake academic and disciplinary data, nor the numerous safety nets in place that basically push a student through as long as they're breathing and don't murder or rape anyone (on campus).

Hit the Quarter numerous times with buddies and girlfriends for 30 years, but given the amount of riff-raff that congregates there now, I'm looking to branch out on my next trip in a few months.

Looking for a good bar off Bourbon or near Frenchman to drink and chill, preferably with a band or musician playing covers.

Dislikes: jazz, super packed clubs, excess cultcha.

DOGE would have a fkn field day where I'm at! The cafeteria workers force kids to take a certain amount of items, even if the kids say they don't want or like something.

I'd estimate 30% gets thrown out and wasted (not counting items that end up on the floor). I'm not talking about scoops of actual food, but prepackaged items that could definitely be used by someone somewhere (or just not purchased to being with). It's infuriating.

Then the kids bitch - about being fed breakfast AND lunch - free of charge.

The movie almost happened - Gene Hackman was in talks to play him - but Sutton didn't want any part of it once he was released from prison, and only wanted to move on with his life. Pre-internet days, and they needed his help to fill in some of the blanks of the story. Once he shot it down, they abondoned the project.
