Tiger Woods' latest girlfriend of about 6 years, Erica Herman, is taking the golf legend to court over an NDA she claims he made her sign and she's citing a law that prohibits NDAs when there's evidence of sexual assault or harassment. Uh, sounds like they've broken up...?

In the paperwork, Herman says a private trust that Tiger runs is attempting to steamroll her into keeping quiet about their relationship by aggressively enforcing the NDA she signed.

She argues in her legal docs the NDA should be declared unenforceable under the federal Speak Out Act, which prohibits the enforceability of an NDA agreed to before a dispute arises involving sexual assault or sexual harassment.

The way rich folks do NDA's is crazy. I have a friend who just went through this with her billionaire ex-boss. She had to get an attorney to help her through the process. He went to her daughter's wedding a few years ago and he tried to confiscate all her wedding pictures and videos because he was in a few of them.

This is just one more of the Elites' way of chipping away at one of the fundamental tenets of our American system: the rule of law.

When NDA's can be nullified, for what ever reason, the rule of law weakens and the rule by men strengthens. Freedom retreats and tyranny advances. THAT is what this is really about.

I wouldn't say sleazy, just dumb! He had the perfect lil family and was on a roll golf wise, he would have broken, shattered Nicklaus' record if he had stayed focused. Instead, he was feeling himself, his greatness back then and did what all us humans do - show weakness and fall.
