I'm calling BS on this. If UA did background checks and actually screened out someone based on the results, Sark wouldn't be there.

In a text dump, it sounded like Urban was talking about leaking the info out. No proof that the info was actually true...just that he was going to leak it to sabotage others. It's essentially a deflection tactic.
