OU was inexcusable but I do agree playing Stanford Cal, Oregon State, Boston College, VaTech, UVA, Wake, Duke, Arizona and Washinton St takes way less of a toll on you but it is what is. Now we know zero attention is paid to who you play but just what your record is.

Alabama was ranked ahead of multiple teams who had fewer losses so schedule obviously did play a part. The simple fact is Alabama wasn’t good enough to be included.
