Former NFL star Cam Newton had a problem with Vanderbilt QB Diego Pavia’s classless antics after not winning the Heisman last weekend. He explained why on ESPN’s “First Take” this week...
quote:

“Everything is not supposed to be publicized or posted… you don’t get no cool points for saying that,” Newton said, via Saturday Down South. “You don’t handle business like that, especially if you want to be a potential franchise quarterback.”

Pavia has issues: feelings of inadequacy, low self-worth, and a fragile ego, jealous and needing constant validation, being overly defensive or critical.
*** a number of these may fit his character from what i have heard here online this season. just sayin.

I loved the game, U think a playoff or Super Bowl game when Cam backed away from recovering a fumble. Wanted nonthing to do with getting dirty. Always thought was a joke.

I'm a Bama fan but Cam never approached Pavia levels of behavior.

I love cam because he brought a trophy to auburn. He has his flaws before, and after he left auburn, no doubt. but he has always been an ambassador for auburn, and he has not acted like some sort of skanky thug. Weird as hell? Sure. But Pavia's whole family acts like a bunch of people off the cast of Scarface
