How's everyone feeling about this game? I like our rushing game which takes pressure off Keelon in his 1st super big game.
Hoping Grubb leans on it with no crazy plays at the wrong time.

We have been tested better than Georgia has been so we hold an advantage there. It’s really hard to say just how good/great Georgia is. I think our offense holds the advantage over theirs more than their defense does over ours. I believe in our fg kicker…that’s could be the difference! Punter is good and the guy that kicks off has been pretty consistent on touchbacks all season. I’m leaning Bama 31-24 right now.

Who's returning kicks this game may be key. Our special teams usually is a strong point but the return game yesterday was rough at times.
Does Lee stay our KR?

Glad the game is in ttown.
Gives us a slight edge.
Hope the game is competitive, the HC, coaches and players come out with fire.
We already know what it will look and feel like if it's a GA blowout. (Last year).

I strangely expect us to build a lead and then try to hang on.
Hopefully not as ridiculous as 2 years ago

I think we're gonna score just dont need lapses in offense. Ga is gonna scheme guys open so we'll need to keep the pressure on.
Who's the most pressure on in this game? Ga or Bama? Kinda think Ga

I think we blow uga out. Smart defense is usually vulnerable to dynamic qbs and this is a Bama team that's on a mission.

Said it on tRant: if our run game improvements are genuine then I think this game goes like the 2020 matchup. If not then I don't know.
Keys are: turnovers, penalties, effective run game with a few explosives, forcing the UGA offense into 3rd and longs and creating takeaway opportunities.

Without injury or surprise I think we win comfortably. Uncomfortable duel early and slowly take control and not give it back.
There is nothing I have seen from Georgia defensively that makes me feel they will dominate our line in pass game so their DBs will need to cover very well. If Kirby sticks to man coverage Keelon's legs will be a problem.
Defensively we are a bend not break so I expect them to have some success moving the ball however where I believe we will differ is consistency.. Keelon and Grubb have shown even when things go wrong they can hit 40. Can you keep the pace? That's the question

Any word on RCW? Will he be a full go Sat?

Grubb will be the deciding card in this game. He will need to find plays that helps the QB when getting pressured. Or we have to hope Russell can scramble long enough to find open receivers; or take off running.

He has called fantastic games. If the line protects and playmakers catch or run andbnot turnover balls; Keelon will execute.

I think Kirby plays zone and spies KR12. Makes BAMA commit to the short and intermediate passing game. He will also sell out to stop the run in hopes he can rattle our young QB with his front 7.

Yes but in this game we dont have to worry about the endless threat of getting burnt deep. Stockton has a good deep ball but Kirby has to scheme those shots open.
Bray Hubbard will be important this game. We need him attacking the ball carrier and getting TFLs and quick stops. Pierre needs to have a good game too after not doing a lot last week.
Im interested each week to see how they use J.Edwards and X.Griffin. Those dudes are missiles.
They say UGA has a better WR group than years past. But I think our DBs will be ok with these guys.
The question UGA should be asking themselves is do they have an answer for our TEs. Those dudes are beating people's arse. Its hard to match up with those guys. They are big, they can catch, they are going to hit you, and they will be moving all over the place.

I saw something today that said Georgia by position beats us like 6-2
All we won was qb and safety
I just don’t see their tight ends and wr’s being that much better

odds opened at around +3 for Bama, now seen as low as +1.5.
Regardless, Vegas is siding with UGA on this one...

Defense and OL need to show up for 4 qtrs. UGA will play hard the entire game. Bama will need to match it and cut down on penalties.
