A new police video reveals a dazed Hope Solo being yanked from her car by cops after being uncooperative during her DWI arrest earlier this year...

I will say I'm not a fan of it being illegal to sleep off the booze in your car, but being hammered with your kids in the car is just not a good thing at all. No excuse for that at all.
