NIL has turned college football (and others) into semi-pro.

saban is just crying bc he isnt coaching anymore bc he knew the playing field was leveling with nil -- bama was buying players way before that we all know why he 'retired'

Saban speaks the truth. He needs to be in charge of the entire sport.

Hate to admit it, but the northern schools have old money. And lots of it.

He’s just trolling them, and it’s funny, but not sure it gives the Big10 an advantage.

Nah UGA beats the Big10 when we play them. Michigan 2021, OSU 2022...would've beaten Michigan in 2023 too

It would have been nice to see UGA vs that Michigan team but they couldn’t get past Bama and Michigan did so…

How when they couldn't get past that shitty Alabama team?

Yeah cuz the refs gifted Bama a fourth down conversion that ended with a TD. Please....we were the best team that year

Yes. Big10 is paying players. They did it before too, but not to the extent of the SEC….Saban retires…,coincidence????

Most of the talent resides in the Deep South. Once you accept that, everything he says is extremely accurate…are you debating that?

Doesn’t really explain why FCS teams in the south don’t win though

North Dakota state is an anomaly that throws a lot of that off. FCS is more like it was back in the 80s/early 90s in relation to recruiting and travel budgets. Kids like that know they are very unlikely to go pro so they aren't as willing to leave their area in an attempt to make it to the NFL. Recruiting is very regional and NDS doesn't have a lot of competition in the area. They are like Nebraska from that time
