Bo Pelini Does Not Like ESPN's Relationship With The SEC

Pelini is a whiny bitch. Reminds me of Bert when he was in the B1G.

They went from a conference that sucked to a conference that sucks arse. ESPN and the SEC didn't make then do that. They didn't make Nebraska hire that arse clown, either.

Listening to the announcers on the B1G Network last weekend trying to make the case that the BiG was on a par with the SEC would have been laughable if it weren't so pathetic. Is there any team in that league that would finish above 6th in the SEC West? Doubtful.

That's right, Coach Pelini, the SEC Network founded in 2014 is so influential that it went back in time and made 5 SEC programs win 9 national titles in 11 team appearances in the 16 year history of the BCS era.

He's right, Anytime you have a media outlet, whether it is ESPN with the SEC, Fox with the BIG XII or whoever it is it does present a conflict of interest. You can not blame the network for promotiong their product. Yet, that promotion does have influence that reaches beyond simple marketing.

I see nothing wrong with his statement. It makes a good deal of sense.

Does anyone really believe that four of the top five teams play the SEC West? This is a byproduct of media bias, and it is obvious.

Look at Mizzou, a mediocre Big Twelve program that has already contended for SEC titles.

The Third Leg, in the SEC East. They got manhandled when they played the top team from the West. Also right now the best team in the Big 12 got beaten by the 3rd place team in the SEC West.

Remember the old days, prior to ESPN when the BIG10 and ND ruled college football? Thankfully it's not like that any longer. Fans can actually watch the games and determine who the best teams really are. The media was in the tank for the BIG10 for years and years and years. LOL

just focus on yourself and your own team, Bo. Since 2002, Nebraska is 1-4 against SEC teams in bowl games.

Mizou did not play last year LSU,Alabama,or Auburn, they don't this year, so they have an inside track to win the east.

Pelini should feel fortunate that his corn people play in the Big 10. If they would have joined the SEC during conference expansion, he would have been out of a job by now (more than likely). Must be nice to pad your resume with wins against has-beens.

Bo is actually a bigger douche than Muschamp. He might fit in well at Florida.

The SEC aligned with a more popular sports network than did the Big X. Nothing else to see here.
