Will we see Gunner and Bobo attack a lot more downfield today?

IMO i think that we will. Young, Branch, and Thomas I believe will each get their shots at 20+ yard plays and hopefully we work the middle of the field more.

Add Bell and Humphreys to that as well. I agree.

It all depends on how the Tennessee plays. If they play zone and cover deep the short passes will be open.

I think it depends how UT plays us and how the running game is going.

Isn’t Tenns secondary pretty suspect? That’s what I’ve heard but I haven’t actually watched them play

I believe they are down a few players. Kirby is going to want to establish the running game. He is going to want to have long offensive drives to eat clock and to keep the defense off the field. He is also going to want to not put the ball at great risk. As long as the defense keeps them in check. I don’t see Kirby attacking down field unless UT tries to tighten up coverage, especially on the outside. If they do, should be ample opportunities.

Makes sense. I’d just really like to establish the type of passing game we had back with Stetson. I’m not sure if that’s possible atm though

Down their top 2 CBs and their top 2 DTs. I would expect to see a lot of zone and I think Georgia is going to try and run it down their throats.

I see plenty of runs between the tackles and RPOs and swings to make their lineman run a lot and wear them down

I don’t know about a lot more but I expect us to take some shots downfield to keep them honest

I mean we are setting up the play action with the runs. I expect this to look like the last time we played Clemson under CMR in Sanford. Our first look at Chubb but all the backs ate that day

If TN plays like the last two with deep safeties and DBs that bail? No. I’d take 5+ yards every single play

I believe TNs 2 starting CBs are out too. There should be some opportunities.

Why are we still trying to make bell happen? He’s regressed each year and seems to have lost a step. We have more explosive players

And he just layed 44 on Tennessee on the road.

Would have been a 50-burger if not for the dropped TD
