We lost that team because Bama was a better team than us. Don't read into anything else. Saban for a long time said it was the wildest atmosphere they ever played in, he even said it was one of the few pictures of other stadiums he had on his wall.

Listen Jr. most of us older folks have unpleasant memories of the fake juice conjured up by MR teams. If the real juice of 92,000 rabid fans isn’t enough no amount of fake juice is gonna matter.

Absolutely correct, but the Black-Out was inarguably fake juice. That said. We had Bobo as OC and 3rd and Willie as DC and were down 31-0 at half. We still have half that combination with Bobo. Bobo and black is just too much juju. All kidding aside IMHO the stadium looks a lot more imposing in Red than Black.

It's not that it's not enough it's just something extra to add. Fans love it, players loves it, recruits love it. Who cares about your superstitions or old head thinking calling it fake juice.
