He looked very, very good last night. How many games has he played in? Kid looks legit.

Maybe game 2v against whoever that was? Thought he looked really smooth. With Bell injury I’d assume we see more of him too.

He reminds me of AD Mitchell. I agree, he needs more looks.

Its looking like our future stars are Frazier, Tuggle and Monroe Freeling. He looks athletic and strong at LT. Future looks bright fellow Dawg brethren/sisteren.

People kept calling him AD last night. I think he will be good but I don’t get AD vices at all. AD came in immediately and made major impacts in like his 4th game with a huge TD catch against SC before making the biggest catch in school history to end that year to beat the tide for a title then one of if the not the second biggest to beat Ohio state the following year. That’s a lot to project onto someone who hasn’t shown what AD did at this time with a good bit weaker talent around him as well AD played with multiple high draft nfl skill giys

I actually would love if next year Freeling took the LT job and someone else won the RT job so we could utilize Ernest Green where the Lord intended at guard. He’s a meh tackle but he’d be a really good guard.

I don't get all the drops by Arian Smith. I feel bad for him, but dang those drops hurt the team. Are his hands small?

I'm sure he works hard, which is why he's on the field.

Some guys just don't have good hands. It's that simple.

In all fairness he’s a senior but like a Sophmore/ junior in actual practice experience due to lingering injuries and track commitments his first 2-3 seasons. And as we’ve said before. He’s a role/ gadget player that’s having to start and play big minutes due to our depth/ talent issues in the WR room.

He’s on the field because he’s blindly fast and I think he’s definitely a very hard worker who puts in the effort and loves the G. His hands can be frickkng brutal though.

Arian must have tiny hands or just not strong arms. Doesn’t take much to knock the ball loose (but he also drops a lot of open looks).

I met Nitro at the Athena Studio event. He told me that he stuck with the Dawgs because he didn't receive any other offers until after UGA showed interest.

Based on size and moves he resembles McConkey more than AD and seems to have real good hands just like Ladd.

Eligibility wise, I think we will now see more of him along with White and Phillips Jr.

My thoughts exactly. He's big and strong and pretty good feet, but you REALLY need some big guy with GREAT feet and athleticism to play against SEC DEs and LBs. Greene would flourish in another conference at OT, but in the SEC?....yeah, he's a prototype OG.

Thought the same. First catch I saw AD make there was a smoothness to it…saw the same with Nitro last night

So a WR who was offered by every big 6 school in the SEC including LSU and Bama (2 schools that produce loads of NFL WR's) to someone who "doesn't have good hands!"

This board never fails.

I will always remember the TD versus Ohio State as being his moment in the sun.

Many have commented that he has apparently worked hard to improve his ball catching skills.

Unfortunately for Arian, dropping a 30 yard pass is much more pronounced than when a TE or slot receiver drops a 7 yard pass.

I’d wager 100$ he was offered on his speed alone

He was recruited to be a guard, but he's playing where needed because of injuries on the OL. We've had others that did the same. Give him some love for doing what he's asked to do.
