Isn’t he at FIU anyway?

Yes. A couple of times. Odell Thurman is the first one I can think of.

Holloman choked and punched a woman and was swiftly dismissed when it all came to light.
He’s not coming back here.

Joe Mixon broke a lady’s face and got a 1 yr suspension. Granted he never got kicked off and there were allegations that she antagonized him with racial slurs.
Who am I kidding, it ain’t gonna happen.

Difference is Georgia isn’t a total piece of shite school full of piece of shite people.
Oklahoma is, well, you know.

Was not arrested or convicted of anything and the allegations came to light a year later.I know he admitted to physical contact but heard nothing about "choking or pinching" especially the choking part.
Why wasn't he arrested and charged with anything?
Sorry, there's no doubt he's still on the team at UF,Bama,UT or AU.
NO doubt he should get disciplined but not
kicked off the team.

According to the women and nobody else and she initially denied it.
This is what Holloman said.

He laid hands on a woman and there was enough substance that Kirby didn’t think twice about dismissing him.
Folks need to let this one go, it’s not like he got booted for weed or underage drinking. He’s getting to play college football elsewhere and will hopefully be able to move past an offense that cost him a spot at UGA

I agree that we need to let it go.
Either he was kicked off for good reason.
Or he was not kicked off for good reason (and why would he want to come back to that same coaching staff).

Lots of gray area and if I had to guess Mcgarity played a part as well.McGarity especially is petrified of bad publicity and afraid of the blow back.
I doubt the same decision is made at other SEC powers including Bama.

If I recall correctly any act of domestic violence is met with zero tolerance by the conference in general. So I think that move was 100% Kirby by way of Sankey; conference wants to distance itself from any kind of off field violence

Dangerous precedent if it boils down to a he said-she said situation.

Both he and she said he did it. That’s why he is forever gone from uga and the sec.

What? They had two completely different versions of what happened.
"I pushed her hard - I pushed her real hard," Holloman said, per the statement.
Her version

The victim stated in the report that while waiting for Holloman’s brother, Holloman stood over her and choked her. While Holloman was choking her, his brother entered and broke up the altercation. The
It was also reported over a YEAR after it happened.Nobody was charged and nobody arrested.
Why didn't he get charged with anything?

During his interview with UGAPD, Holloman admitted to hitting the victim.
“I asked Jeremiah how he hit [the victim],” officer Will Graham’s report stated. “He said ‘One time, a quick jab that was it.’ I asked which hand he used and Jeremiah said his right hand.”
Holloman’s written statement describes the context of the punch. Holloman said he laughed at a comment, and the victim started to hit him in the face and upper body. He then threw a punch with his right hand while pushing her off with the left.
Both the victim and Holloman’s accounts say the victim began bleeding from above her eye after the hit.

So it was all just a big misunderstanding.

When did this happen and again, why wasn't he charged?

Neither are relevant questions imo.
Happened April 2018, right?
I assume the DA or victim didn’t feel like pursuing the case for one reason or another
