Doesn’t have to. Georgia is already in the playoffs with or without a loss to Bama.

Hogs play bammer next week, we might end up with no top 25 wins going into the SECCG...

Or, we could end up with a 2 loss Bama team in the SECCG. That's unlikely, but I so much want this for The Pit Boss.

Something else of note-

The top 27 includes every single SEC West team except LSU. But still only one East team. Us. Why does the cannibalism only apply to the East, but somehow most of the West can still be ranked?

Because there’s a soul stealer in the east

We are like the Apache. We don’t just beat you. We cut the balls off your dead corpse and place them in your mouth then pour salt on your fields. When we’re done, there’s nothing left

The Missippi teams in west are pretty interesting and fun to watch though . Thanksgiving night egg bowl will be lit

A loss to Bama would be a loss to the number one team. With all the teams having one loss we would have the one to the best team. But I regress, I want those f’ers to feel the wrath of this UGA team.

No and here's why. The media has written the narrative of the Georgia legend since early in the season. It's not based on rational thought nor adjusting the narrative to meet emerging data. It's about THEM, the media selling their perspective. It's happened for as long as I can remember. Back when I was a kid it was always Notre Dame, then Nebraska, Florida, and the list goes on and on up until the Bama wave over the last 10 or so years. Bama has gotten the benefit of the doubt for quite some time and reaped the rewards of the media created perception. Not saying they weren't deserving most of the time, but the precedents are broken when they don't fit the existing narrative. It just is what it is. I'm just grateful that Georgia is their current narrative fixation and pray that we continue to be for some time to come.

Ranked teams lose their shite after a UGA beatdown. That's just how brutal the 2021 Dawgs are--they cut hearts out and stomp on 'em.

The AP poll is junk… aTm loses to 15th ranked Ole Miss, aTm goes up from 13th to 11th and Ole Miss only goes up to 13th. In what world does that make any sense?

Yeah I think he chooses the Orange over the Cotton.

I would agree with you if our schedule was riddled with ranked teams we'd beat the shite out of.

We blew everyone out ....no team has sniffed our sack. No one would deserve it over us.

In conference play

UGA 40.125

Opponents 8.25

Alabama 39

Opponents 20

The west may be slightly better than the east…but the two west teams we throttled have some significant wins against other west teams, so…

a loss could knock us out unless there is some chaos and mostly 2 loss conference champs

I think we are in no matter what at this point...other than MAYBE getting blown out by Alabama in SECCG. But Alabama isn't even Alabama this season, so chance of that is close to nil.

We finished the game with a 5 minute drive with the victory formation around the 20 yardline.

Yeah…I gotta be honest. I felt like we left 10-13 points on the field in Charlotte and Clemson got all they possibly could. It really seemed like a dominant performance despite the score. I was never afraid they were going to score and tie it up or win the game.

Honestly I would prefer that we go to the cotton over the orange. There will be FAR less distractions in arlington texas than there will be in south florida. The mental makeup of this team is awesome but the less chance of distraction the better. I also think flying around on that turf in dallas would be to our defensive advantage. Plus, if OU as a 1-loss Big 12 champ slides in at the 3 spot ti would make logical sense to want them to travel far from home.

Granted, if they are in the 4 spot then yeah miami is a no brainer.
