The prices are definitely dropping

I'm trying to decide where to sit.

I think I will probably take them, let me check my work schedule tomorrow

If someone else buys them, don't hold them for me (not worried about availability)

do you know when game time will be announced?

Alright sounds good. Usually they announce 2 weeks prior so Monday the 23rd is when I believe we'd know.

I think it's high time we laugh at the fact the Tennessee though Pruitt was a better hire than Tucker.

That episode of Seinfeld where George realizes he can't make good decisions so he decides to do the exact opposite of what he thinks from there on out...Tennessee should try that next time they hire a coach.

I think they already tried that.

Butch- offensive guy from the north. Friendly players coach. Silly slogans and catchphrases.

Pruitt- defensive guy from the south. Hardass. No nonsense and all business.

Pitiful results with both.

I think this is what Tennessee will be from now on. People need to forget this “Blue Blood” status and hope more for Miss St results. Make a good run every 3-5 years. Rebuild the rest

Yep, opposites. Butch acts like a vagina and Pruitt looks like a penis. They should get together.

Pruitt is a lunatic

Screwing a coed at F$U while on they staff (and he was married)

Tried to get into a fistfight with Mark Richt while UGAs DC after the Florida debacle a few years ago

Apparently threw a temporary tantrum at Cade Mays HS when Mays didn't decide on UT

I frickin LOVE IT!!!!

From Volnation:

quote:

The thought was he came up here because he wanted to retire in these beautiful mountains. I didn’t realize the retirement was already happening. Nothing new and innovative and nothing to mask JG’s weaknesses. Totally the same offense he ran at uga, but with less talented players. I think uga folks were happy to let him walk. We didn’t steal him from them.

They're just now realizing we didn't care if Chaney walked

quote:

When I’m sitting 500 miles away watching on TV, screaming at the screen, because BYU has adjusted to our run game on the last 2 series of regulation, why can’t a guy making a million dollars see it. He made no adjustments and ran straight into the teeth of the D. On top of leaving a QB that is incompatible of playing the position in the game. Don’t get it! These guys make big money to see these things.

What? Chaney didn't make adjustments? Anyone else shocked by this?

I was happy he left. Can’t believe they thought they got a knockout. We kept who we needed

I think most of us were happy. I mean, his first year he had to have two first round caliber RBs tell him to feed them the ball.

Yep. And anyone paying attention during his stint at UGA knows this. Sure he could field a good defense but he’s not HC material.

The best thing Pruitt could’ve done was looked at his Bama DC role as an opportunity to sit back and learn what it takes to run a team. But his ego wouldn’t let that happen.

Now he’s coaching over a dumpster fire with Fulmer hanging over his shoulder. I swear he punches somebody before the end of the season.

ran off Schiano

That was such classic East Tennessee reactionary behavior (with a dose of political theater by opportunistic politicians).

Tennessee has gotten what they deserved after the hysteria and misplaced moral outrage they heaped on a guy who had nothing to do with the evil and coverup that went on at Penn State. There was never a shred of evidence that Schiano knew anything about it during his time as a grad assistant and assistant coach.
