In an attempt to be helpful I’ll offer my own suggestion to OP.

For a unique game day experience do what I do and rent a bike and ride it to the stadium. Since you are taking your dad you will probably want to get a tandem bike.

Don’t drink too much beforehand because, for safety concerns, you want to be relatively clear headed to begin your journey. Park at Reed Plaza or the Tate Center, stroll inside Sanford, and then treat yourself to some BBQ which actually comes from Alabama. It’s pretty good though and when it’s all said and done you won’t be hungry.

Next time we can review the dining experience when you arrive at the stadium by boat. That’s a bit more of a challenge but it does come with the option of cooking your own fresh catch from the North Oconee River.

It's okay. Portions are HUGE. Make sure you have a place to keep the leftovers...

Went a few times in school, but never had much in the way of food there. Just checked the menu and I'd have to pass. Not much really stands out. Unless quinoa salad, buffalo hummus, or some other veggie/vegan thing is your thing.

That's true. I just didn't like the idea of my heart seizing up after eating it all. I had the Bad Mother Clucker, btw. Southern BLT is also good.

I figured as much...but thats damned misleading.
I might be more likely to pretend hummus is palatable if it had buffalo in it.

Will be a good experience for the grandson.

Still...thats a god-awful predicament to be stuck in a pancake house in Gatlinburg mere hours from gametime.

I've really only had a couple of their sandwiches and the burger, all of which were good. Mainly go there for the beer selection.
