Let the record show that I forecasted all of this before any of the weather media, NOAA, and NWS. And I forecasted it perfectly.

I didn't manage to get any bread or milk, but I got about twenty Cascade dishwasher pods. I'm alright, right?

Notice they didn't cancel.... just delayed.... as if roads will be any safer at noon when the temp is still 22 degrees.

You're just gonna have to trust me on this.

Notice they cancelled classes at UGA today.

Me and mrs WG's works both canceled for today. Got a pretty good snow layer here in ATL, doesn't seem to be too much ice from what I can tell. Still real cold.

Downside to working remote is... working remote. No snow day for me. Had to get the backup nanny in our neighborhood with my wife out of town... regular nanny couldn't navigate the roads.

Ain't that the truth? Snow should kill my DropBox account.

Matlock, do you prefer young Tyler Hudson or old Tyler Hudson?

Seems like everything that was closed today will remain closed for tomorrow. Except UGA which hasn't announced one way or the other

Our work hasn't either. We typically don't find out til like 530 the morning of, but roads here seem perfectly fine so I'm expecting to go in. Can't say I'd hate another day off though

UGA doesn't close for snow and ice. They never do.

Not just UGA

Seems in the 80's a big state university did not shut down even tho the weather was bad enough to shut down the interstate.

Turns out it had to do with grant money and government funds as if the university shut down they had to repay the money.
